We live in a world that asks us to do more, move fast and carry more than we were ever meant to hold. Living Mindfully Together is an invitation to slow down. To breathe. To reconnect with your inner wisdom and live in a way that feels intentional, compassionate, and aligned.

This experience is grounded in the framework of my signature course, Living Mindfully: A Practical Guide to Meditation, and expands it into a shared, supportive space for deeper integration, reflection, and growth.

What You’ll Experience

We’ll gather once a week for 1.5 hours in a small, intimate group of 8 women. Each week we’ll explore a theme from the Living Mindfully course — from presence and self-compassion to patience and letting go — integrating it through:

  • Guided meditation

  • Group coaching & conversation

  • Thoughtful journal prompts

Between sessions, you’ll move through the self-paced lessons and journaling from the course, creating a balance of independent practice and collective support. It’s the bridge between learning mindfulness and living it.

My name is Christianne Jensen — I’m a registered nurse, holistic health and mindfulness coach, and the founder of Love This Life Wellness. After nearly a decade as a bedside nurse, I saw firsthand how deeply people long for healing that reaches beyond the surface. That realization led me to pursue a Master’s in Integrative, Functional & Lifestyle Medicine, become board-certified as a holistic health coach and meditation teacher, and create a practice that blends science, mindfulness, and compassion. My approach is heart-led and deeply human. I listen, hold space, and gently challenge you to see the strength, clarity, and wholeness that’s already within you. At the core, my mission is simple: to help you love this life — with presence, peace, and purpose.

    Not at all. Whether you’re brand new or have practiced before, you’ll be supported at every step.

  • Where will sessions be held?

    All sessions are held in person — location details will be provided upon registration.

  • What if I miss a session?

    Life happens — you’ll receive session notes and guidance to stay connected.

  • Is there a refund policy?

    Because space is limited and the group container is intentionally small, registrations are non-refundable but may be transferable.
